RETURNS & REFUNDS

If your order is being delivered to the United States, go straight to "Orders delivered to the United States" below: you can get a refund on an unused urinal within 30 days, with nothing to ship back.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

Right of withdrawal: 14 days

Under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the day your order arrives (the date shown on your tracking) to withdraw, with no reason to give and no penalty to pay.

To do so, email us at contact@urikare.com before those 14 days are up, with your order number. You then send the product back no later than 14 days after telling us your decision.

Return shipping is at your expense. Send your parcel with a tracking number and share it with us; in France, we recommend Colissimo.

We refund everything you paid, delivery included, no later than 14 days after being told of your decision. We may wait until we have received the product, or proof that you have sent it, before doing so. The refund goes back to the payment method used for your order.

A deduction from your refund is only possible for a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish the product's nature, characteristics and working order. A product coming back used, damaged or incomplete does not, on that fact alone, lead to any automatic deduction: we assess that loss in value case by case, and tell you its amount and the reason for it before refunding you. Your right of withdrawal itself stays intact (Articles L221-23 and L221-24 of the French Consumer Code).

Faulty product

If the product is faulty, we will not ask you to send it back. We commit to sending your order again. If you would rather not receive a second product, we will ask you to return the parcel to our receiving centre, at our expense: bringing a product into conformity costs you nothing (Article L217-11 of the French Consumer Code).

OUR COMMERCIAL TERMS

Urinal: 14-day returns

For a full refund, the urinal must come back unused, unwashed, undamaged and complete, in its original condition, including pouches, accessories and tags, so it can be sold again as new. If it comes back used, damaged or incomplete, no deduction is automatic: only a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to examine it may be deducted from the refund, after assessment, as set out above.

Underwear size exchange

You have 14 days from delivery to change size. Email us at contact@urikare.com with your order number: we send you a label to return the item, at our expense. As soon as we receive it, we ship you the right size, also at our expense.

Orders delivered to Canada

The terms below apply to any order delivered to Canada and override the general return terms on this page.

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of your order arriving, as long as the urinal has not been used. Email us at contact@urikare.com within those 14 days.

We then refund your order in full, at no cost to you, and there is nothing to send back: given how long an international return takes and what it costs, the product stays with you.

The refund goes back to your original payment method within 15 days at the latest of your request being accepted.

If this guarantee is clearly being abused (repeated requests or resale, for example), we reserve the right to ask for the product back before issuing any refund.

Orders delivered to the United States

The terms below apply to any order delivered to the United States and override the general return terms on this page.

We then refund your order in full, at no cost to you, and there is nothing to send back: given how long an international return takes and what it costs, the product stays with you.

Orders outside France (excluding Canada and the United States)

For orders delivered outside France, outside Canada and outside the United States: if you withdraw, the return goes to our address in France and international return shipping is at your expense (it can be high). If the product is faulty, no return is asked of you: email us at contact@urikare.com and we will find a solution (replacement or refund).
